Agreement

These terms govern your use of BoomTryst, the creator–brand marketplace at boomtryst.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use BoomTryst.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are inaccurate, inactive, or used in violation of these terms. You may close your account by contacting us through boomtryst.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent who you are, your audience, or campaign results
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
• Use another person’s account or connected social profile without permission
• Circumvent safety, payment, or approval workflows

OAuth and third-party platforms

You may sign in with Google and optionally connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or X. Those platforms are not operated by BoomTryst. You must comply with their terms and only connect accounts you are authorized to use. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, revoked permissions, or content policies on third-party platforms. Disconnecting an account in BoomTryst does not delete your account on that platform.

Campaigns and no guarantees

BoomTryst helps brands and creators discover each other, brief work, approve content, and track performance. Forecasts, match scores, and estimated reach are informational only. We do not guarantee that a campaign will be created, accepted, delivered, or that it will meet any particular results. Brands and creators remain responsible for their own contracts, disclosures, and published content.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you upload. You grant BoomTryst a limited license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the marketplace (for example showing drafts to a brand for approval). The BoomTryst name, site, and product design are ours and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoomTryst and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost data, campaign underperformance, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from third-party services. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
