Who we are

BoomTryst is a creator–brand marketplace operated at boomtryst.com. We help brands find creators, run campaigns, and measure results. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Account and profile data — name, email address, password (stored hashed), role (creator or brand), and the profile details you provide during onboarding.
• Google sign-in — if you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive basic account information Google shares with us, such as your name, email, and profile image.
• Connected social accounts — if you connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or X, we store connection tokens and public or permissioned profile and metrics data (for example follower counts, engagement, and content performance) needed to match creators with campaigns.
• Campaign and billing records — campaign briefs, offers, content submissions, and payout or ledger entries created on the platform.
• Cookies and session data — we use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect against CSRF, and remember session state. We do not use these for third-party advertising networks.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Create and secure your account
• Match creators and brands and operate campaigns
• Show connected social metrics inside the product
• Process payouts and keep a transaction ledger
• Diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve the service

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party platforms

Google, TikTok, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), and X are independent services. Their own privacy policies apply to data they hold. We only request the permissions needed to run BoomTryst (sign-in, profile, and metrics where you connect an account). You can disconnect a social account in the product; that stops new data from that platform from being pulled into BoomTryst.

Sharing

We share information with brands and creators as needed to run a campaign (for example a creator profile and relevant metrics shown to a brand). We also use infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, authentication, and database). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention

We keep account and campaign records for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the marketplace, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account; some records may be retained where we are required to keep them.

Your choices

You can update profile information in settings, disconnect social accounts, and sign out at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data associated with your account, contact us through boomtryst.com. We will respond in a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of BoomTryst after an update means you accept the revised policy.
