Data Deletion Instructions

Who we are

BoomTryst is a creator–brand marketplace operated at boomtryst.com. If you have created an account with us and wish to delete your personal information, this page explains how.

Requesting account deletion

To request deletion of your BoomTryst account and associated personal data, email welcome@boomtryst.com. Include your registered email address in the request so we can verify your identity. If you cannot access your account, provide as much identifying information as possible (for example the email address you originally used to sign up).

What will be deleted

When we process your deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your account profile, including your name, email, and role (creator or brand)
• Profile details you provided during onboarding and in settings
• Connection tokens and associated social account data stored in BoomTryst (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, or other platforms you connected)
• Session and authentication records linked to your account

Note: Disconnecting a social account in BoomTryst does not delete your account on that platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.). You must manage your data directly with those services.

What may be retained

Some records may be kept where we are required to do so by law or where they are needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. This may include:

• Campaign transaction records, briefs, and payout ledger entries related to completed campaigns (for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution)
• Records required by financial regulations or where litigation or investigation is ongoing

Where we retain information, it is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for the purpose that requires its retention.

Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of verifying your identity. If there are legal or technical reasons that delay the process, we will notify you and provide an updated timeline.

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation to the email address you provided in your deletion request. After confirmation, your account will no longer be accessible and cannot be recovered.
